Tim's career in real estate began in 2007 when his sister, Dana Hall-Bradley, purchased a major franchise in Celebration, Florida and an independent property management company, which is now Celebration Rental Group ~ one of the most reputable and largest property management companies in Celebration. With the family's company growth, Tim immediately stepped in as one of the property managers at Celebration Rental Group. This included being the head of maintenance and working directly with owners and tenants. This position has helped Tim with gaining in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry.
In Tim's spare time he enjoys hunting, boating, fishing, and anything to do with outdoors. He also enjoys spending time with his two grandchildren Braydon and Stella, who are the light of his life!
As a native Floridian, Tim has detailed knowledge of Central Florida real estate and its surrounding areas.
